1. Orders
All orders are accepted on the understanding that invoices will be issued using prices and conditions of the prevailing price list at the time of receiving that order.
2. Online Orders
Orders via this website can only be accepted from within the UK.
If you are outside the UK please contact us and we can quote seperately.
Please note that if you wish to order through our website, the minimum value of an order must be at least £75.00 and payment is made through PayPal.
For orders under £75.00, please order by email, fax or phone.
3. Carriage
£100.00 in value carriage is included.
For orders under £100.00 please order by email, fax or phone and there will be a carriage charge.
4. Delivery
Whilst every effort will be made to meet the requested deliver date(s), the failure to do so does not constitute sufficient reason for cancellation or refusal of the finished product.
5. Specification
Products will meet the specification in force at the time, and specifications can be changed without notification.
6. Claims
Claims for shortage or non-reciept of goods or damaged goods must be notified in writing within 3days of receipt of the goods.
Parcels must be signed for as "damaged" if a claim for damages or shortages is to be considered and photographs taken if possible. The damaged packaging must be retained.
