Terms & Conditions
1. Orders
All orders are accepted on the understanding that on a first order goods will be held until Pro-Forma invoices are paid, and thereafter will be issued using prices and conditions from the prevailing price list at the time of receiving that order.
No minimum order values for products, carriage fees may apply – see section 2.
2. Carriage
Carriage will be paid for orders over £100. Export orders will be priced individually.
3. Delivery
Delivery or dispatch dates cannot be guaranteed. Whilst every effort will be made to meet the requested delivery date(s), the failure to do so does not constitute sufficient reason for cancellation or refusal of the ordered goods.
All goods remain the property of abraCARDabra (UK) Ltd until payment is received in full. We reserve the right to recover the goods if payment is not received and for that purpose to enter any premises where the goods are located.
All further terms will be present upon the rear of Invoices when issued.
